Is it safe to upgrade macOS Sierra 10.13.1 with AC20?

Should be – I've been using it without problems, but your usage may vary. Official comment from GS can be found here.

That official page is getting a bit old. Could do with GS updating their thoughts as Apple are starting to push the upgrade and there is at least one upgrade floating around since then.
Apple iMac Intel i9 / macOS Sonoma / AC27UKI (most recent builds.. if they work)

I just went to https://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/technotes/operating-systems/macos-10-13-high-sierra/

Does this mean AC20 is compatible with the High Sierra upgrade?

In my experience GRAPHISOFT usually support the last 2 releases on new operating systems. If their web page says it is supported than it is supported.
