What kind of license do you have - professional, Start edition, EDU, etc? And for what version/build of Archicad?
What kind of license protection do you have - physical USB dongle or internet?
What operating system are you on? Have you tried re-installing Archicad?

How did we know you have a trial license or that you want to contact support in France?
Did you try looking for contact details on the Graphisoft website?
Scroll to the bottom and you will see a map.
There you can click on the black dots for contacts.

well...when someone ask for a telephone number... the real help ist to write a....telephone number. If someone ask for the time, you answer what time it is.
This are the ways that normal people communicate.
And when you finally did ask for a phone number, I gave you the link to Abvent in France.
I have no idea if this is the distributor you bought your license from.
They would be the people you would want to contact.
Your original post simply asked where you can get help.
The answer you were given was "here", as this is a forum to help Archicad users.
Had you originally asked "who can I contact in France?", the answer would have been supplied earlier.
If you have paid good money to someone for the software (i.e. you have bought a legitimate license), it would make sense to get in touch with that person to say it is not working.
On the other hand, if you do not have a legitimate license, you really can't expect any help from the distributors.
Or provide details of the problems you are having, and maybe someone might have an answer.
It might be a good idea to search here for 'Archicad won't start' and see if there are any post that may already deal with your problem.
