We might need some more information.
What version of Archicad and what build number?
What operating system and version?
Maybe some machine specifications?
Was it working before or has it never worked.
If it was OK before has something recently been installed on your machine.
Can you roll the machine back to a backup of when it was working OK (if ever it was)?
