placing/updating external drawings problem

I am using ArchiCad 18, user of Windows 10 and I have a problem placing or updating drawings from external source. It basically blocks Archicad.

I already tried to delete the IPC data folder form my user name but it still doesn´t work.

Please let me know how to get rid of this annoying problem! Have a nice day!

Please check if you have nVidia GeForce Experience installed on your system and if yes, then try to uninstall it to see if that solves it like it did for this user:
