renderings for bigger scenes

Hi,
Using Archicad 9, ( working with Windows XP, 32 bit, 500MB hard drive, 4 GB memory), I have got repeating warning messages after trying to develop renderings from 3d model.

Warning!
Disk is full (error code 1111), can't extend 3d temporary files,

Warning!
Not enough memory for all vertex normals

Warning!
Disk is full, or enough memory to create 3d data structure:
(error code:22)

I am trying to develop renderings from scene, where I have got site plan and 8 objects ( 5 story ). I turned off all not necessary layers, having just exterior walls, roofs and trim exteriors. Created a Library Part from every object, than in the new plan I used just object's library parts for renderings and movies. This time it is not working. I have got those warning messages

Does anybody have any other idea what would be the best way how to create all scenario renderings without using all objects as library parts?

I am frustrated, because I do not know which disk is full (all have got plenty of free space in each one), and also could not find temporary 3d Archicad files. Searched for them, but no results.

Thank you, Milan , Florida
