What do you mean by reversed?
It is upside down?
Or is it from right-to left?

Can you post a screenshot?

Example is instead of 15'6" it reads "6'15'

I think this is probably a system setting. If I am not mistaken Arabic writing is from right to left instead of left to right. Try to experiment with settings in the Region and Language Control Panel of Windows.

Thanks but I have reviewed all my language settings as I saw previous postings regarding this problem. All settings are in US English as are all numerical settings. all regional settings are as well. I have reviewed these settings thru the control panel. are there other locations I can look? are there any settings within Archicad that may have been affected during installation that I can reset. And will this correct the plotting thru Plotmaker as well?

Plotmaker?
What version of Archicad are you using?

I can't imaging publishing your layouts (Plotmaker or not) would make any difference.
Can you show a screen shot of your numeric settings in Windows?
There must be something there.
I am not aware of any settings in Archicad other than feet & inches or decimal feet.

Seems you mostly have the same settings as me but of course my 'Measurement system' is 'Metric' and 'Use native digits' I have set to 'Never'.
But I changed my settings and it made no difference - feet & inch dims were fine.

But I see you are indeed using Archicad 7.0 with Plotmaker.
Version 7 was never designed to run on Windows 8 Operating System so that could well be your problem.
I wouldn't be surprised if you have a number of other issues as well.

In fact I am surprised you have it running at all.

If you have ARCHICAD 7 you would be best off installing Windows XP. That would be compatible with it (but you would have other problems since Win XP is no longer supported either).
Windows 8 was released about 10 years after ARCHICAD 7. There is no telling what kind of problems are in store for you.
