translation between arch10 for macintel and arch10 for g5

we've had text translation problems between arch10 macintel and arch10 powerpc. i've downloaded the latest bug fixes and the problem is still there. has there been similar problems reported? are there any current bug fixes regarding this issue?

it may be simply that the fonts you are using on one machine aren't available on the other?!
