I am new to Teamwork and concerned that I am not doing something correctly. Since I am often working alone in the project (that will change soon) I typically reserve all and proceed like any other project. I have noticed that when I open the plan views, the view settings have not been saved per the last session. Even when I change the Model View Option back to the correct setting and "redefine", the next time I open the project the setting has not been saved and it defaults to the wrong selection. Any suggestions? I send changes to the cloud and exit teamwork following the prompts. Is there a reason why my view settings are not saving?
Thanks,
Matthew

Hi @mattmgut,
Let's first check whether you saved views in 'View map' and eliminate that as a possible problem.
All the view settings you should store in a view map in the settings of particular view where you can define scale, layer combination, MVO, etc.
Let me know if that is the case, if not, let's search elsewhere.

Hi Gordana,
Sorry for the late response - I have been traveling. Yes, I use the View Map as you describe. I change the MVO to the correct setting, redefine, and the next time I open it I need to change the MVO again.

Is there any special characters in the name of the MVO setting? I’ve noticed that if the name contains for example non-breaking space, the MVO doesn’t stay selected in the view settings. (It’s easy to type the non-breaking space accidentally with Finnish keyboard.)

Thanks for the response! The MVO setting looks like the others, but I ended up deleting it and recreating it. I did name it slightly differently and it seems to be working. I think you were on to something! We migrated our projects from 27 to 28 and I am not sure if it is related to that. We find odd behavior on occasion. Usually we think the odd behavior is us, but it is great when you can blame something else!
Best!
