This is not part of the Basic feature set, but I assume the installer run into an error and couldn't pair automatically the Manager and the Server. What you can do now:
1. Visit the Manager web interface and sign in as the masteradmin
2. Go to the Servers page
3. Click on Pair (See more in our Help, Pair BIMcloud Server)
4. Once you paired the Manager and the Server, downgrade your BIMcloud, see How to Downgrade from BIMcloud to BIMcloud Basic

First, Thank you. Yes this fixed it.
Second, This was three days of research and googling for answers. Then unloading and reloading the cloud. to say this was frustrating is an understatement.
This is a huge issue that you guys should be aware of, Its all over the forums. Why isn't this solution posted in the BIMcloud page where people like myself can easily see and access it. There is nothing that comes up for this if you search Graphisoft.
So, thank you. now go halp all the others and post this somewhere on the cloud page or in the install instructions would be better.
I.e. "After the install is completed and you find that "TEAMWORK SHARE" is greyed out, do the following."
