here is a small sampling of the t/w warnings I have been trouble shooting the past week. This feels like something is broken... or theres something else at play here (my tinfoil hat is on pretty tight right now). And these are about 1/4-1/2 of what I've been sent:

@Karl Ottenstein You think we haven't send tons of logs already to support?
Or do you think that we should share log files here in the forum?
If the latter, this is not something I am willing to share on a forum for privacy reasons.

Of course you must have, I was just saying in my reply to Patrick (I don’t think I mentioned you?) that the message that Patrick shows is worthless full stop…but particularly worthless without having a clickable link in it to the log file related to the message so that the user can read the details about what happened. If Graphisoft is not generating human readable log files for errors like this, then that is shame too.

can we even claim bimcloud and archicad are functioning at all if these are daily occurences? and this, just to reiterate, is not a "me problem". this is a client, sole proprietor, only one on her bimcloud, and she gets this (not bimcloud basic, no vpn, no obvious configuration issues)... to anyone at graphisoft who may read this, how do you, in good faith, charge money for a software so plagued with bugs that cause so much lost work and revenue? get your **** together! no more deflection, no more customer blaming, no more computer configuration blaming... either the **** works, or it doesn't; and best I can tell, it doesn't

Have not caught up with this thread, but have you checked your clients anti-virus and firewall?
