BIMcloud warnings are getting out of control

Patrick M

here is a small sampling of the t/w warnings I have been trouble shooting the past week. This feels like something is broken... or theres something else at play here (my tinfoil hat is on pretty tight right now). And these are about 1/4-1/2 of what I've been sent:

just keeping this wheel squeaking... I know it's been a while, not that these warnings aren't still popping up regularly, just that I get busy. it'd be a full time job (and I'm only being slightly hyperbolic) dumping every message I get like this to this thread.

Hm... I just got this error for the first time... while still being able to access other projects on the BIMCloud Basic server and access the manager.

not sure if there's a less helpful warning/notice ever conceived

k... page 10, and no end in sight. We updated to the cloud server from bimcloud basic, and are fully updated to the latest build.
at this point, I don't see how this is a user error or file management issue... it's happening in 4 different firms I work with, with 4 different server/computer/user configurations on multiple versions and builds of archicad over the course of years.
there is nothing  more demoralizing than finding I need to break out the script, almost daily:
"if there is no one else in the file, save a pln and share it as the new teamwork project. If there is anyone else in the project, save a pln, leave and discard, and redo or copy your work back in"

my clients are getting more and more frustrated, I'm feeling more and more helpless... gotta get this sorted. Make archicad and bimcloud a stable and reliable platform asap, please!

individual objects can be released one by one, and changes can be received. simultaneous send and receive is not working though, see the screenshot above.

it is pretty frustrating that there is no indication of what went wrong and there is no reliable way to troubleshoot or solve it.

your fastest course of action remains saving the project as a .pln and copy-pasting whatever you can back to the teamwork file.

I've been noticing an increase in teamwork-related errors in AC29 — especially the one shown in the screenshot below.

I’ve already sent the logs to both local and HQ support. the response I have received was "The issue seems to be a sign of something corrupted; usually, a repair and reshare resolves it" However, the problem keeps recurring across all team members.

Is there a better way to identify the root cause? The error message itself doesn’t provide much insight, and we’re struggling to pinpoint what’s triggering it.

happy new year! Here's to another version of Archicad, and even more teamwork malfunctions than ever! But at least we are on the cloud now, so these ones are not an issue with our bimcloud basic configuration, server configuraiton, ports, intranet, or anything with OUR set up... So there's that going for us, I guess?

Happy new year!

Man, this is strange.

I doom-scrolled the entire thread an the common ground is macOS. Maybe there is something odd with the installations?

I work with 1 office of 100 people, and 4 other offices ranging from 12 to 35 people... not to mention the various sole proprietors and small 1-5 person firms that I help out a few times a year...
So I'm sure there is a larger volume of people sending me these warnings than most deal with. But I can't imagine, of the millions of people using Archicad, I'm the only person seeing this number of warnings. I feel like I could update this thread with at least 1-2 screen shot warnings nearly daily. Certainly I could post a new one a few times a week...
Since the string of screen shots I posted yesterday, I recieved another last night:
