here is a small sampling of the t/w warnings I have been trouble shooting the past week. This feels like something is broken... or theres something else at play here (my tinfoil hat is on pretty tight right now). And these are about 1/4-1/2 of what I've been sent:

really curious, has anyone at grapisoft tried to use this software? like actually run a project through the lastest builds/versions? Maybe do this as a team building exercise...
I can remember when graphisoft had the slogan that was something like "software by architects for architects"... but I have to imagine, if that was still the case, anyone who was actually using this tool, running into these bugs, would be losing their minds about as much as I am the past couple years...

well... I was hoping late afternoon on a friday I was done... but they keep rolling in!
this one is paired with a description:
User 1: adjusts layout size and type, adds drawing to layout. does a s/r
User 2: does a s/r to view user 1's changes - gets warning below
User 2: reloads, as directed by warning, still can not receive user 1's changes
User 2 is clearly having the hang up; but this is pathetically unreliable, if a team can't count on seeing critical data/drawing updates and has to message each other or look at each others desktops to confer design changes/decisions...

and another one... because there is no letting up with the errors...
curious... anyone at Graphisoft care to join a firm for a few weeks to get hands on experience and exposure to the world that is the teamwork ***t show?
edit to add... 3 more of this same warning; but didn't feel like reposting again

Did you had a look directly at the history protocol at the bimcloud server? I still have some feeling about timing.

I know that GS support is not very helpful, but could try to bombard their support?
My guess is that posting here does not help much.
But if you open up a ticket every time you get a crash, or add to an e-mail to a case every time this happens, you might get somewhere?
For me, the problem went away all of a sudden without any changes to our IT.
This leads me to believe that the root cause of the issue was a bug in ArchiCAD. Maybe something small or stupid like en error in stairs tool or something.

My experience with BIMcloud over the years, while maybe not as many errors, they are frequent, random and very frustrating due to lack of any idea of why they are happening. I have given up lodging support tickets since the time it takes to create one, go back and forth, upload a file and you get nowhere. Not blaming the local support either since they get a pln that usually works fine on their end.
The most frustrating part is that one project will throw an error, while the same user has no issues opening another file or connecting to the BIMcloud.
Between the BIMcloud basic, paid BIMcloud on-prem and BIMcloud SaaS, they all have these issues.
I do know that when a company I worked for previously swithced from BIMcloud basic to paid, without any changes to hardware, number of issues dropped significantly. This was a few years ago though.
As all others on this thread, I would like to know more about what actually happened when an error happens so that we can maybe prevent it from happening again.
Absolutely worst part of the BIM manager work is when you have to talk to the team and tell them that they have to figure out who's work is going down the drain and needs to be redone and you feel completely powerless.
Graphisoft, if nothing else, please send us some shirts that say "Send & Receive" as we are tired of saying it.
