PLN snapshot cannot be created - stays on pending status

This issue is fixed from BIMcloud 2019.2. Install the update and follow the steps below to fix your issue.
Users repeatedly get notifications to upload a PLN snapshot to certain projects, even though a PLN snapshot for that project was recently created. On the BIMcloud Manager web interface affected projects show their PLN snapshots as still pending, only BIMProject snapshots have been created. Apply the workaround below:

Reschedule PLN snapshot on the Projects root

By using BIMcloud Manager web interface, change the current date settings of creating PLN snapshots on the Projects root. As a result, further PLN snapshots should be created properly.

Please Note

Modifying Snapshots settings on the Projects root is a licensed feature. BIMcloud Basic users need to modify schedules project by project. 
If you still experience the issue described above, please contact your GRAPHISOFT support representative. For the investigation BIMcloud log files might be necessary.
