remote connection diagnostic help

been struggling with remote connection for ~18 months now. AC13 crashed repeatedly without a bug reporter upon opening the .twlink file. AC14 at least attempts to connect and gives me attached diagnostic help. I've confirmed the 4 ports required to be open (6005, 14001, 14002, 14003) are indeed open. But now it asks for port 0 to be open? I suspect if i ask our firewall to open port '0' that won't solve the underlying issue. We outsource most of our IT and in classic "Nick Burns" style the security software guy points to the router firewall and the router firewall guy points to the security software or my home machine.

Any suggestions?
