Hi, I tried everything I could found but I don't get why my renderer is till not working. I already reinstalled archicad 28 as well, I tried to delete the plug in and redownloaded it but nothing helps. Anyone so hopeless as well?

If you are talking about this error message:
"Cineware by Maxon add-on has unexpectedly closed."
then please read the following article:

Barry also posted about this not long ago and provided a dowload link that should solve it:

What is it exactly that is not working? Is there an error message? The Rendering Engine is not among the available engines? Does the Rendering Windows not open? Nothing is rendered? Could you also post a relevant screenshot, if you can make one?

It's the same message that has been shown to you from various users for the past 3 or 4 years. You should/ do know of the problem.
On some posts there has been a link to another Cineware folder to download to replace the existing folder. This has still not worked for me for the 5 or 6 times I have tried.
I have restarted the computer but still no joy.

Have you contacted your local Archicad support?
What have they said?
Barry.

Chris has said he has tried this 5 or 6 times with no luck.
We can only assume he has followed procedures properly
It has worked for others.
Not having a MAC, I can't be of any other further help.
Is a MAC 1 an old or low spec machine?
Maybe it just won't work on that machine?
Barry.
