Hi
I am having trouble getting a texture to render witht the correct origin in Lightworks, when I return to the OpenGL view, the texture is completely gone as well as detached from the material settings dialog. I have to reload AC12 rto get back to where I was but I still can't render the file with the correct origin - just see it oinly the first time in Open GL. Suggestions???

Thanks

Hi emerich,

Once you have the texture set up correctly for the internal/openGL engine, go to the lightworks tab at the bottom and click the large 'match with Internal Engine' button. This will make sure that what you see in the 3d window will be as close as possible to what is rendered.

You may need to untick 'disable unrelated controls' at the top before the lightworks tab is visible.

If you align the origin of the texture in the 3d window, the rendered view should now match.

Please post a screenshot of the material settings if you are still having problems.

I'm thinking that the texture is not loaded in the library.

You would get a warning in the library loading report under missing objects [or something] if you looked.

Make sure to add the folder where the texture lives to the library using the Library manager.
