About this event:
ACE is proud to announce the second annual ArchiCAD University, designed to get new users more productive with ARCHICAD 11, and expert users familiar with a wider range of working methods.
We expect another diverse crowd of new and experienced users from architectural firms practicing every scale and type of building design, which will provide an excellent opportunity for networking and learning new ways to use ArchiCAD. Representatives from Graphisoft and Apple Computer will be available to present new hardware and software solutions. ACE University 2008 is co-sponsored by Apple Computer and Ardent Technologies, Inc.
Format:
There will be two concurrent sessions:
1. An expert forum
2. A general session
Tuition:
We are offering two packages differentiated by accommodation only. Included in the event “tuition” are catered breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, instruction and apple workstations (approximately 20 for use at the event), free templates and demo software. Taxes are also included.
Early Registration: Before March 1st - Group Rates apply for 3 or more persons in your party.
* The Out of Towner Package: $995.00 (CAD).
Includes Friday & Saturday overnight accommodation at the Drake Hotel.
* The Locals Package: $695.00 (CAD)

The Drake is a great venue for us, as it is equipped with a full multi-media ‘Underground’, ideally suited to software training, as well as smaller facilities for the expert sessions. Not to mention an amazing HYPERLINK “http://www.thedrakehotel.ca/menus/lunch.pdf” menu, and slick-but-still-funky accommodation.

Transportation:
Flights can be booked to YYZ/Toronto Pearson International, or City Centre (Toronto Island Airport). There is a transit link from the airport to downtown (Airport Rocket) - or - Airport Express Buses and Limos.
