What do you mean by merging into one account.

They are totally different.

Software licenses belong to a company pool that you can borrow and send back when finished with it.

Hardware licenses are a physical key plugged into a machine that you can access over the network (if they are network licenses) otherwise it is plugged into your local machine.

They can't be combined.

I assume you have to choose which one you will use.

If you plug a hardware key in then I assume that will be used automatically.

If you don't have a hardware key, you will have to download the software license.

Dell XPS- i7-6700 @ 3.4Ghz, 16GB ram, GeForce GTX 960 (2GB), Windows 10
Lenovo Thinkpad - i7-1270P 2.20 GHz, 32GB RAM, Nvidia T550, Windows 11

client have existing account for hardware key then last month client purchase new license for software key..

now client request for combine the software key and hardware key license in one account.

Do you mean the client bought the license from you?

As in you are the Archicad distributor?

In that case you should know what you are doing or should contact Graphisoft to find out what you can do.

If you are not the Archicad distributor, then your client needs to contact who they bought it from.

If they wanted a hardware key they should have specified that at purchase.

But there will be no problem with them using one of each.

One person uses the hardware key and the second user uses the software key.

They both belong to the client.

There is no way to combine them so either user can use either license.

The hardware key must be plugged into the machine it is to be used on (unless it is a network key - but I don't think you can have a single network license).

So one user must use that key - physically plugged into their machine.

The other user must then download and use the software license.

That image you show has both keys in the one Graphisoft ID account.

But a software key is not the same as a hardware key.

The Archicad distributor is the only person that can change it.

Basically one license will have to be cancelled and a new hardware of software key issued.

This will probably involve a fee.

Looking closer at that image, I see there is no software key in the list.

So I am assuming this is what you are asking - can that key be added to the company pool.

I think that is something that can only be done by the Archicad distributor.

I have never purchased a software key, so I am am not sure if there is a process you have to go through to add it to your company pool.

I assume this is all controlled by the distributor (Graphisoft).

So probably best to contact the distributor.
