3D Cutplane Sets

I use 3D cutplanes intesively, and I assume, everybody who does 3d modeling to any extent does as well.
The wish is a wish to save cutplanes for later use.

Yes, they are saved inside of a view. BUT also a lot of other stuff (like the camera position and sun).
This hinders smooth 3d modeling.

Alternatively we could have a "ignore camera position" checkbox (just like for 2d) in the save view dialog, but a discrete cutplane set would be much better, still.
