AC27 wishlist

Now that AC26 has almost arrived, perhaps we can already gather some wishes for AC27.
Again, wise to keep it short, and only name your top 3 with the highest priority.
Focus on what you want to contribute and don't react to what others submit worked well last time too.

Personally, this would actually be the first thing to do.  I suspect they are already doing it, but its something that might take many years, so they have to do it in paralel to yearly releases

Update: we have a solution for the Renovation display of Demolished elements issue.

My two cents

1.- A proper tool to model terrain and everything we need to place a building. Graphisoft’s attitude about this is completely unacceptable. Do they think buildings place on the air. I’d likely go to cut off my arm than spend an afternoon suffering the torture of the mesh tool.

2. To connect beams and columns. If you tilt or move a beam, the column adjust itself to the beam. Editing roofs, changing pitchs and then adjusting every single beam and column…. I mean, it hurts my eyes

3. Every thing @jorgebeneitez said in his post. Just to sum up

3 really simple things:

1. Layer groups (so I can group layers together - Option 1, Option 2 etc)

2. Stairs tool - option to have different UV mapping user origin on each step (https://community.Graphisoft.com/t5/Design-forum/Steps-texture-mapping/td-p/324927)

3. Multiply randomise scale and position as well as rotation (https://community.Graphisoft.com/t5/Wishes-forum/Multiply-randomise-scale-and-position-as-well-as-ro...)

And a bug that really needs fixing so it works like it did before:

3D UV mapping origin and rotation no longer matches plan view fill origin and rotation (https://community.Graphisoft.com/t5/Design-forum/Connection-between-the-Slab-s-2D-fill-and-its-3D-te...)

Graphisoft Please allow fills and polylines to contain properties. That the polylines can report their distance.
These 2d elements can be used to quantize data without much modelling. There is a product that nemetscheck has called Bluebeam Revu, which uses fills and polylines to quantize pdf files. Archicad could do it if we had the possibility to have properties and expressions in these two tools.

See Revu: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tB1MNsAjNx4

This is actually already possible with a very simple solution offered here at contrabim: https://youtu.be/ymlv9wORX_o

1. Hyperlinks from Schedules and Autotext

2. Improve Stairs and Railings

3. Improve Windows and Doos (NZs CadImage always did it better than baked in Windows)
