Add Categories for Project Info Auto Text

I am trying to set up some typical notes that we can select from for auto text. It does not appear that there is any way to do this other than through Project Info. This does work quite well, but I would like to be able to add categories to the Info beyond the Project Details, Site Details, Building Details, etc. so that I can organize my notes better.
