Add "Marked Distant Area" option to Interior Elevation marker

Regular elevation marker has the "Marked Distant Area" option in the Model Display section of the marker settings. This is a really useful option and there is no apparent reason why its missing from interior elevation marker settings. Please add it in.

By the way, there seems very little point to having a general elevation tool and a specific tool for internal elevations. I'd like to see these two distinct tools combined into a single tool. Otherwise why can't we have a special "internal" section tool too?
