Allow all properties to show when using UI_CUSTOM_POPUP_INFIELD in LIBRARYGLOBAL

Archicad 26:

When using UI_CUSTOM_POPUP_INFIELD with the request for Properties_Of_Parent, it works with a lable/zone stamp. But not with LIBRARYGLOBAL. The properties that contain expression with specific element's parameter will not show up on the UI.

I think it's because the expression cannot be evaluated by LIBRARYGLOBAL, and it's understandable for safety reason. But if it's allowed, it'd be possible for lable/zone stamp to display different content directly from each MVO., by managing the choice (selected property) with the 2D script by itself.
