Attribute Manage - Sort by Extension

This wish is regarding the lack of ability to sort by extension in the Layer Tab of the Attribute Manager. It also appears to lack any sort of coherent secondary sort...

I think this should definitely be implemented. And it doesn't seem like some big change that would require redoing the whole Attribute Manager. It seems that this basic functionality was just forgotten.

We use Extensions quite extensively and it adds an extra time for us when managing the Layers.
