As in the title, sometimes, I cannot drag a guide line over 3D viewport.
Whether this issue occurs or not, depends on camera position, and it seems like I cannot drag it when camera is too close to 3D geometry (elements). Zooming out solves the problem, but it's not comfortable operating guide lines when I'm too far from target, and I have to keep scrolling (zooming) back and forth.
I believe this counts as a bug, and hope it will be fixed.
I attach the example model, but I'm not sure if camera position gets saved in the file, so you may have to zoom in enough to reproduce the bug.
