According to http://www.archicadwiki.com/Team_Leader, you must have exclusive access to create, modify, or delete element schedule schemes when using Teamwork.
I wish that the Team Leader could create and modify schedule schemes without requiring exclusive access. This behavior would be similar to the Team Leader's capabilities regarding quickviews, layer combos, etc. It is very inconvenient to have to signout all team members from a project in order to make a seemingly minor change in a schedule.
