Color scheme based on object attributes

I dream of a tool to apply a color scheme on views and/or layouts, based on properties of objects (room height, finishes, fire rating, etc...).
It would be a great improvement, time saving and ability to control parameters of objects in a visual way.

I think this can be achieved with a (heavy?) scripting in GDL on the zone stamp... but It probably would require a lot of scripting depending on how many variables you want to control.
Yes, it would be very useful to create visual legenda.

You can overlay a percentage fill with a coloured pen.

To apply them fast, you could create a schedule with the parameters you want to reflect with the colour.

It's not fully automatic, but still faster than changing them all one by one.
