Colour Elevations - Control Shadow Darkness

I've recently worked with the colour elevations in ArchiCAD10 with shadows turned on. Unfortunately there is no way of making the shadows darker or lighter. These shadows are the same as the ones generated in the 3D window with the internal engine.

It would be really good to have a slider to set the darkness of the shadows.
