Different renovation settings inside the window / door tool

It would be of great help if one could define different renovation states for window and door elements.

I'm working on a renovation project and I need to be able to define the casing, sill and board (for example) as existing and the frame, sash and sunshade as new.

At the moment this takes a lot of manual work…
