Dimension Text Background Fill

I'd like to see an option to make the dimension text have a background fill, like you can with normal text blocks.

This wish was added to an old one, but I think a separate focused wish on this one item is worthwhile. Any text, anywhere, should have the same options IMHO...and a background fill for dimension text is essential IMHO.

(I'm moving this to the Annotation Wishes section.)
