Drag & drop view sets to PM

Publish to PM
Drag & drop to PM option will give us possibility to save a time by importing 100 of views to PM Layouts in many different folders/subfolders that I/we already have as LBK_Template. So we can just drag & drop and after that only one time update all links at once.
The same import+sort method can work in import dialog with second additional section with PM folder/subfolder/layout structure.
In another words it's needed Importing Dialog like Publishing Dialog.
