Duplicate Detail

I would like to duplicate a detail, including the window content.

'Duplicate Detail' would create an independent detail, with the same window scale and content. Offer the New Independent Detail dialog, with the ID incremented from the detail being copied.

An improvement over Create Independent Detail/change scale/open existing detail/check group switch/arrow tool/select all/copy/switch windows/paste/confirm Original Location.

I think something a la the new Open dialog, that the "Create Independent Detail" dialog could include a "Duplicate Exising" option on it.
