Excel's on-off 'Show zero values' preference for schedules

I wish schedule Scheme settings had an on-off toggle for 'Show zero values' as in Excel file Preferences/Settings, which shows cells with zero values blank, as if they were empty —which is good for readabiliity of Excel spreadsheets in which many values are zero, and would be even more so in database Archicad schedules.

[Perhaps the options could be
- showing zero values,
- not showing them (showing a blank cell), or
- showing "-” (which states the cell is empty; sometimes there is the fear of blank cells being read as yet unfilled in, and as a statement of positive emptiness '-' makes everything much more readable than '0.00').
In Excel this is set at the file preference/setting level. Not sure if there would be advantages in setting it in schedules for each field.]

As in GDL, one can use workarounds in expressions to display a ' ' string in cells showing numbers or dimensions converted to strings for display only, but text strings cannot be counted or summed so it not that good.
