Graphic Overrides and Graphic Override Combinations Import and Replace

When updating Graphic Override Rules as part of Combinations in a Template, can it be made possible to then import the combination in to other existing files and have the option to replace the Graphic Override Rules which have been updated as part of the combination or append them and have the newly imported combination use the newly amended rules. At present if the updated and imported GO Combination uses a GO Rule that existing in the file, the Rule is not updated. You have to delete the existing Rule so when importing the Combination, the updated Rule is also imported.
