Hi,
For Hidden Elements to Show Up in Sections as Dash Line:
I think it is time for GS to move the Special Hidden Lines & Show Special Lines from Special menu to the Section Tool Settings so it is not global any more.

Any work around for this wish. How is everyone else is doing it?

Go to the section which show the lines you want dashed in your other section.
Copy-paste those lines from the model and change them to dashed. Group them so you can move them in one piece.
Of course if that section changes you have to do it again.
