Label Favourites to retain text wrapping setting and set width.

It would be great if Label Favourites would retain the 'wrap text' setting and the width the label was fixed to when saved as a Favourite. At the moment when they are placed they extend to the maximum width to fit the text content in a single line.

I just checked in 25 with an autotext label and my own custom label.

Both retain the wrap text on/off value and the width of stretched text.

What label are you using?

I’m just using the standard text label. I’ll try and recreate the Favourite and see if that fixes it. If I place the label and stretch it, wrap text automatically switches on as expected. If I match properties and place a new text label it retains the wrapping but not quite the stretch size. It does it as near as it can whilst retaining the text to look visually the same. If I save a Favourite of it and place it again from a Favourite then the wrap text doesn’t work. My Favourites are saved all the way back from AC18 so I may have to recreate them.

Maybe it is to do with your element transfer settings (settings button in favourites palette).

Labels may be turned off?

There is nothing specific for text width or wrapping - they would fall under the 'other' category which you can't turn off.

But if the whole label tool is turned of, maybe that is affecting things.
