MORE CATEGORIES IN LAYOUT SCHEDULE

I would like the layout schedule to have more parameters. Every auto text item should be available as a parameter in the schedule. page #, subset name and subset ID would all be potential things that would help with the documentation process.

I would also like more options in formatting the lists like separator lines. For seporating Architectural and Engineering.

For HEADERS, I use "dummy" layouts. This, of course, throws off the sheet count, but it seems the best for my output now. In addition, I use a "dummy" layout with NO NAME to creat spaces in the INDEX.

By using the PUBLISHING feature, these dummy layouts do NOT get plotted.
