Modify (fill, slab, mesh all poly shapes) by draging edge...

Hi all,

it would be nice to have a possibility that when we modify the slabs or (mesh, fill, roof, etc ) edge not to insert new points or convert to arc but instead drag the complete edge to the desired position as we would with the marque tool...

hope i am explaining this right... if required i can describe with images

yes i am talking about another button in the pet palete, that would be placed between Insert new node and Curve edge button in the edit pet palete

here is an image of what i'm talking about...


i think that this can often help speed up drafting and modeling in AC, anyways just a wish a . . .

That would be nice. I thought that the be be the slightest chance, if we used the offset edge option, then hit Alt+A to unlock the angle constraint, but no such luck.

Could make logical sense to allow users to unlock the angle that way to get the results you want. Just have to try and convince GS that it's a high enough priority!
