N-sides Polygon Method

Hi, I wish we could have a N-sides polygon method of drawing for tools like walls, beams, Lines, poly lines, and probably roof and slabs.
The idea is to have a method, just as we have the rectangular, centerpoint and radius, a method that will allow us to draw hexagons, octagons, pentagons, and any other shape with more than four sides in a blink. I know we can draw them, but the idea is to make things easier.

There is a tool in Rhinoceros that does this, Imaging doing this with the tools mentioned above.

Don't forget you can play with the magic wand settings - this will allow you to do what you want.
Just draw the circle first and then magic wand it.
