I'm with Tom on this one. I really can't see the advantages of having a layer that doesn't print when you could simply turn it of.

Why have a hotspot that never prints?Hotspots don't ever plot, do they?

I think I could buy into it, as long as it was part of the Layer Combination: Visible when working always, and Plotting in some, not plotting in others.
