Overhauled Hotlinks

Hi,

I would like to see a complete overhaul of the hotlink modules.
It should be possible,
- to create external and Internal Hotlink Modules (like Rhino Blocks). (without iceberg methods etc.)
- internal Hotlinks should be openable (like the edit mode for complex tools)
- so we could change the module,
- add or delete things from the module
- after closing the module all changes all other instances of the module should be updatet of course
- the creation of Hotlink Modules should be possible from any view

and not to forget:
it should be possible to display hotlinks with another LOD than the host project! (proxy view)
