Place 'Area Calculations' in "Calculation Units & Rules'

To change the decimal tolerances for a Fill 'Show Area Text' it appeared that it would be under the Options > Project Preferences > Calculation Units & Rules > Area Unit . However it is located within the Dimensions category which, on the surface, is counter-intuitive to where to change the decimal tolerance level.

My wish:

Place the "Area Calculation" in the 'Calculation Units & Rules' drop-down of Project Preferences.

I think it would be better if the two are combined, so there is only one place for these settings. See this thread where settings from both places appeared in one schedule: Interactive Schedule Units.
