Plotmaker Publish to PDF with Bookmarks

I'd like to see Plotmaker publish to an multipage-PDF, with the Subsets acting as bookmark folders, and each page a bookmark within the folder (so Adobe Reader would view the PDF in the same way we view the layout book in the Navigator.

I think the Windows version does this already but the OS X does not.

I could be wrong, but I through the Amynui driver made the reference symbols link as well (another feature I'd like to see on the Mac!!)

So what would be a work around for Mac users? I'm trying to get large format PDFs from Plotmaker to no success?
