Real Formatted Text Handling in PLOTMAKER

OLE just, well..... doesn't cut it for me. The idea is great, but when I OLE in word docs they look great on screen but do not plot properly. (printing does work, just not plotting).

But don't you think it's time that this PAGEMAKER paradigm be taken to the next level. Allow me to create notes in word but keep the formatting in something native for Plotmaker. Or, simply give me the tools to CREATE the formatted text in plotmaker (where I could copy / paste my existing stuff) so that PLOTTING works.

I second that. That's been on my offices wishlist since AC6.

It wouldn't be such a big deal if OLE worked in PlotMaker like it does in any other Windows or other Microsoft application. And why can't we have OLE in ArchiCAD?! And why can't we access and link other database applications in ArchiCAD?! And... I better stop before I get on my soap box.

ArchiCAD is still a great product... I'm always wanting more.
