Replicating a Scaled Fill

I would like to be able to replicate scaled fill from one part of a drawing on to another.

If I use the dropper, to pick up the attributes, then use the magic wand to fill the boundary, my new fill knows that it's a scaled fill, but it then asks me for the scale and orientation.

Wouldn't it be a simple matter to transfer scale and orientation as well as fill type?

I voted essential but ...
there's a way to replicate a scaled fill quickly.
Copy the fill and the adjust it with the magic wand.

Could you be a bit more specific about how you adjust the fill with the magic wand?

Do you mean: drag a copy of the original fill to the new location and then somehow use the magic wand to make it fit the new boundary?

Keith:

Select the Add to Polygon option in the Pet Palette (or Subtract from Polygon), then use the Magic wand.
