!Restored: Door opening for persp *and* S/E

An easy one: even if some doors need to be open in perspectives or animations, you still want them closed in sections-elevations. So there should be one opening angle/height/percentage setting for the 3D window and another one for S/Es.

Never used opened doors.
Good for flythroughs. In D&WB you can set them to open at a certain distance as you approach.
