Scheme Settings Criteria Problems

When choosing a scheme and changing the settings for it, some of the criteria use OR when adding multiple, and some use AND. These are in most cases not the useful one. For example, when I choose 'Element ID' and 'Starts with' as criteria it uses AND when adding one more value with the same criteria by using the plus sign. Can someone explain how an ID can start with two different letters at the same time? This is of course logically impossible and the the criteria therefore filters everything out... Not very useful. To use OR on the other hand would be very useful. Another example is that the 'is not' criteria gives you OR when adding multiple criteria. This is also not very useful, while AND would be VERY useful.

Please graphisoft fix this the next update.
