Single storey marquee & items below the Floor Plan Cut P

Wouldn't it be nice for elements set as "Cut Only" and set below the Floor Plan Cut Plane to show in 3D when the single storey marquee is used?
Rather than having to use the All Storey marquee and limiting the number of storeys to be seen.
