I realized that Archicad lacks formatting options of fractional dimensions. There is only the option of:
1. Turning off the 'Fraction in small type', which equals to a linear non-stacked fraction
2. Turning on the 'Fraction in small type', which equals a linear non-stacked superscript fraction.
It would be helpful to have the diagonal and stacked fraction format, also known as a horizontal fraction, because sometimes there is not too much room for placing dimensions. What do you think?

It is not just a space saving benefit, stacked fractions are typographically more correct for a reason — they improve legibility. The work around Graphisoft introduced many versions ago with the superscript single line fraction takes more space and is not as legible as stacked versions would be.
