Teamwork Status button needed at Graphic Override Rules dialog

There is an awkward sequence that can happen when you start at the Renovation pallete, pull down the Renovation Filter pull-down menu, elect to go to Renovation Filter options, THEN choose to go to Graphic Override Rules.

It is possible that you can get to the Graphic Override Rules dialog, not have permission to edit, but also not have a TW Status button that would allow you to take/request permission.

It seems the assumption is that one would always arrive at the Graphic Override Rules dialog from the Graphic Override Combinations dialog, whose permission seems to be the same as Graphic Override Rules. But this is not the case, as described above you can get there from the Renovation pallete.
